Cultural System Management is a relatively new field. Only recently have companies recognized the fundamental role that cultural systems play in business performance. With this in mind, the U.S.-Mexico Cultural & Educational Foundation, has applied anthropological and management principles of Cultural System evaluation and measurement to establish the Cultural Effectiveness Center.
