The United States - Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC) will be hosting our annual Bi-national Meeting & Awards Gala, December 8-10, 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City. The title of this year's meeting is "U.S.-Mexico: Reviving the Economy through Innovation, New Opportunities & Shared Responsibilities."
Topics will highlight current business opportunities, incentives for U.S. investments as well as the role of Mexico's current economic and political situation. Topics will highlight current issues including:
• Health, Medical Tourism, & Retirement Communities;
• Transportation & Infrastructure;
• Commerce, Manufacturing, & PYMES;
• Mexico's Stock Exchange;
• U.S.-Mexico Security Cooperation;
• Fiscal Reform;

• and Political Reforms.

The event is designed as an exciting combination of conferences and meetings that will focus on issues that impact the relationship between our two countries and that have a high priority on the Chamber's agenda for the next twelve months. We have also requested a visit to Los Pinos with President Felipe Calderon.
Our 2009 "Binational Award" Gala will take place the evening of Wednesday, December 9th, in Mexico City. Invited awardees to be honored that night will include Former Mexico's Attorney General, Eduardo Medina Mora; Director General of CFE, Alfredo Elías Ayub; President of Naviera Integral, Juan Vega; and the Chairman of Grupo Salinas, Ricardo Salinas.
