7th Annual Border Issues Conference Proceedings from our annual Border Issues conference that has being held in an effort to provide a clearer understanding of the border region for decision-makers and their staffs.The last changes that are affecting our countries provide extraordinary opportunities to reassess the challenges facing the border; to support and expand current efforts; and to develop innovative ideas from both the private and public sectors.
