I am delighted to receive you here to be able
to share some reflections on the challenges
faced by the Mexico-United States
relationship.
In short, for more than a decade we have been
advancing towards a more integrated North
America and it is quite clear to me that through
free trade, we have also advanced towards a more
prosperous North America.
I am convinced that we have to re-launch and
boost the process of openness and free trade and
that we have to promote a natural process of
regional integration that will enable us to
speed up the growth of our economies.
